LIPOSCULPTURE

Liposculpture is a surgical procedure by which the body is “molded” to give it a stylized, balanced and attractive shape. During the surgery we eliminate the fat deposits accumulated in excess in certain areas below the skin and that give an unwanted and unaesthetic aspect to later process that same fat and infiltrate it in the areas where it would be desirable to increase volume to obtain an improvement in the silhouette.

In LIPOSUCTION we only aspirate the fat without infiltrating it into the body; in LIPOSCULPTURE we modify the contour with aspiration and infiltration of fat. It is recommended to have firm skin with favorable characteristics for a good retraction.

About the procedure

It is a surgery performed under regional anesthesia.
The duration of the procedure is variable and depends on the anatomy and body weight.
Several incisions of 3 to 5 mm are made in key points to reach the fat to be removed.
The extracted fat is processed and infiltrated in the areas of interest.
The patient spends one night in the hospital for close post-surgical medical surveillance.
