GiveAway Sweepstakes Rules

The promotion is developed entirely by Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon and is not sponsored, endorsed, sponsored or associated in any way with Facebook or Instagram, so participants release Facebook from any liability for any damages arising from it.

Object
In order to enhance its brand image and encourage users of the websites and Facebook and Instagram pages of Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon (in Mexico) (hereinafter, the “Social Networks”) to make known the use of the referred portals, Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon, plans to conduct a promotion at the local level, being the beginning of the promotion the one indicated in the publication on the Facebook page or website of each branch of Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon.

Scope of the promotion
The scope of the promotion covers a territory limited to a radius of 20 kilometers from the location of the Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon branch where the sweepstakes takes place.

Duration of the promotion
The promotion has a duration of 15 days from the date it is published on the “Social Networks” of Dr. Enzo Plastic Surgeon.

The deadline to redeem the prizes will be fifteen calendar days from the communication of the winners made by Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon to the winner.

The drawing will be held within fifteen NATURAL days after the closing date of the promotion. The winner of the draw and/or the alternates will be drawn through a random computerized system of drawing participants.

Publicity and gratuity of the sweepstakes
The diffusion of the sweepstakes will be carried out among the users registered in the “Social Networks” who participated in the sweepstakes following the instructions mentioned in the publication.

Except for the characteristics and obligations set out in these rules, the promotion will be free of charge with no economic cost to its participant.

Requirements for participation and sweepstakes.
To be eligible for the prize:

Participants must be users of the “Social Networks” corresponding to their location of residence during the promotion.

Participants must be of legal age.

Participants must be able to prove their participation by following the sweepstakes instructions located on the “Social Networks” corresponding to their location and a screen print proving that they are a participant in the sweepstakes.

Participants must follow the steps as detailed in the instructions of the portal.

The opportunities to participate will not be cumulative between different promotions, being only valid those obtained between the start and closing date of the promotion as detailed in the publication.

To obtain a valid participation in the sweepstakes, it can be verified that each participant has followed the instructions as detailed, and by making a screen print or video showing on the screen following all the steps of the sweepstakes.

Only participants who take action during the period in which the promotion was published will be valid for the contest, starting from the day of publication and during the following 25 days after its publication, after this date the participations of more people will not be valid.

In order to be eligible for the prize, it will be an indispensable requirement that the user is active in the “Social Networks” of Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon at the time of the celebration of the sweepstakes and until the acceptance of the prize.

Selection of the winner
From the database of all participants in the sweepstakes, in accordance with the provisions of point 3 above, through a system of random selection of participants will be drawn three (3) winning participants who meet the above requirements, who will be the winners of the prize. Likewise, three (1) alternates will be drawn for each of the “Social Networks”, in the event that the winner or winners renounce their prize.

Each winner will be notified that he/she has been selected through a publication in the “Social Networks” that carries out the sweepstakes, labeling in the publication. Once the communication is made, each winner must communicate by inbox, a message or Whatsapp will also be sufficient, within a maximum period of 3 working days, the acceptance or rejection, if any, of the prize. In the event that the winner does not express his acceptance or waiver of the prize within the indicated period, the prize will be awarded to the alternate who would have come first, who will be considered the winner and must comply with the requirements established for the winner. The winner selected from the drawing, once the prize has been accepted, has a maximum period of 2 weeks from the publication of the list of winners to present themselves by appointment at Dr. Enzo’s office, in no case can extensions of time be made to deliver the prize, in case of failure to appear within the period mentioned, the prize will be awarded to the second alternate. If necessary, because the first alternate does not communicate his acceptance or refusal within the indicated period, the prize will be awarded to the next alternate, who will have the status of winner. If the next alternate also fails to declare his acceptance or rejection in the agreed manner, a new drawing will be held and a new winner and three alternates will be proclaimed.

Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded at Dr. Enzo’s office through this raffle:

– 1 application of Hyaluronic Acid on Lips.

In the case of gifts for outpatient surgeries, the doctor will determine through an assessment consultation, if the winner is a candidate for the procedure, in case the doctor determines that he/she is not a viable candidate, these will be exchanged for plastic surgery consultations.

Use of image
The winner authorizes the use of the photographic image and the video where the prize is awarded to be published in the “Social Networks” of Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon, as well as in its website https://enzocirujanoplastico.com/ and to promote the services offered.

The winner agrees to make a publication in their social networks and stories with the final result tagging @enzocirujanoplastico Dr. Enzo Plastic Surgeon.

It is established that the terms and conditions of this contest and the celebration of the same are governed by Mexican law.

Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon, as the organizer of this promotion, reserves the right to modify at any time the conditions of this sweepstakes, including its possible cancellation, before the closing date of the campaign, provided that there is a justified cause, committing to communicate with sufficient notice the new bases, conditions or cancellation.

Participation in this promotion implies:

The acceptance of these rules, in case of possible doubts of interpretation, the criterion of the organizer will always prevail.
The granting of express authorization to Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon to publish his image, name, surname and location of the winner for advertising purposes free of charge in one of the “Social Networks” that corresponds to his area of residence and in any digital or written media.

Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon declines any kind of responsibility for damages or claims subsequently produced in relation to the prize object of the promotion.

The prizes object of the sweepstakes, in no case may be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winner, except as expressly stated in these rules.

Dr. Enzo – Plastic Surgeon, will be exempt from any obligation or compensation with the participants, if due to force majeure or legal imperative the present promotion had to be cancelled or suspended, situation that would be conveniently made known to the participants.
